Poonthottam is set in the luscious green, healing landscape of Kulakkad hill region, in South India. It follows the proven ancient philosophy of holistic treatment for rejuvenation called Panchakarma, provided in our location. The ashram is surrounded by rubber,paddy fields, coconut and banana plantations. It is owned and managed by Ayurvedic Physician P.M.S. Raveendranath and Latha Raveendranath. They share their experience and knowledge about traditional and authentic ayurveda to promote the art of healthy and happy living .The herbal medicines used for the manufacturing of the medicines are prepared in our own factories. There is a special rice used for medicinal purposes.
