Pacification is done with fasting,herbal medication, sunbathing, exercise, and exposure to wind. Purification therapy for the removal of doshas like Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Pancha Karmas is an ayurvedic practice for ayurvedic treatments like Dhara, Pizhichil, Navarakizhi, Elakizhi, Sirovasthi and Thalapothichil . which are effective in treating several diseases like Arthritis of various kinds,Motor neuron diseases, Heart diseases, Skin diseases, Peptic ulcer, Asthma, Peripheral vascular disease and Gynecological disorders.
