Hello, I am Mahantesh, age 34 I was suffering from disc bulge L4 L5 since 3 months, also with neck pain. I was having numbness in both legs. I was very nervous then came to know about Dr Vinay sir thru practo. I had been advised to go over 3 months panchakarma therapy along with medicine, now within one month back pain and numbness in legs are reduced almost 70 to 80 percent. Neck pain 60%. Now continuing medicine.
